J’ai beaucoup aimé le Fruité Catalan, présentation exceptionnelle, goût parfait et plutôt féminin. Génial pour l’été avec du fromage and du poisson. On l’attend aux USA!

Chardonnay (60%), complété en parts égales par du mauzac et du chenin blanc. Frais, mousse assez fine, assez sec, accents d’agrumes, finale chaleureuse.

I like the fact that this wine is very dry. The bubbles are nice and fine, the fruit is youthful, with notes of citrus and pear and there’s an appealing minerality to the finish. Chardonnay does good things in Languedoc sparkling wines.
